The Municipal Building Spooktacular returns once again – make sure to stop by the municipal building and Barnesville Fire/EMS Department for treats! There will also be a Trunk-or-Treat at the Water Department Parking Lot! Downtown Businesses will be handing out treats and goodies also! Be sure to trick-or-treat throughout your neighborhood and your community and stop downtown to enjoy the fun! Have a Happy and Safe Halloween!
