SUMMARY:Barnesville Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks
DESCRIPTION:The Barnesville Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks will take place on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Barnesville Memorial Park (rain date July 13). This year we will feature a BIGGER and BETTER fireworks display thanks to our sponsors Belmont Savings Bank, Stephen’s Towing, and Woodsfield Savings Bank! Many activities are planned throughout the day. We encourage families and residents to come out to the park to enjoy all that we have to offer!\n\nFree Swim – at the Park Pool from Noon-6:00 PM. Concessions will be available at the pool, which will offer an extended menu!\nFood Vendors – Cowgirl Country Fixins, Shamrock Tropical Snow, Hudson’s Brickoven Pizza and Ice Cream, Dirusso’s Sausage (2 trailers), and Travelin Tom’s Coffee will be set up at the park.\nActivities – Bounce House, 5FT Jenga Game, and Corn Hole at the Small Basketball Courts from 4:00-7:00 PM.\nBaseball Tourney – The Tooldawgs will be hosting a baseball tournament Friday, July 5th-Sunday, July 7th.\nLive Radio Feed – AVC Communications will be at the park from 7:00-9:00 PM doing a live radio feed. Stop by to win cool and fun prizes!\nEntertainment –  At the Park Amphitheater\n5:00-6:00 PM – 2 or More\n6:30-8:00 PM – Valley Sphinx\n8:00 PM – Dusk – Shamrock Entertainment (DJ)\nFireworks – The highlight of the night will be the fireworks which will light up the skies of Barnesville Memorial Park. Thanks to Belmont Savings Bank, Stephen’s Towing, and Woodsfield Savings Bank for sponsoring our fireworks display this year! We have a BIGGER and BETTER Fireworks display planned!\n\nThe firework display will be launched from the Barnesville Airport at dusk. Spectators are prohibited from watching the display at the airport or airport access road. Parking along Fairview Road is prohibited. We encourage all to watch from Barnesville Memorial Park and join us for a fun-filled day on Saturday, July 6, 2024!\nDonations are being accepted for the annual Firework Display. Donations in any amount payable to “Fireworks Fund” may be sent to: Barnesville Park, 130 Fair St, Barnesville, OH 43713. Donations will also be accepted at the Park entrance in the evening on July 6, 2024.\nFireworks rain date: Saturday, July 13, at Dusk.\n
