As part of the Barnesville Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks and our community’s celebration of America’s 250th Birthday, everyone is invited to participate in an afternoon of classic family-friendly games at Barnesville Memorial Park on Sunday, July 5, 2026.\nGames will begin at 2:30 PM in the grassy area between the basketball courts and the ball fields.\nGames Include:\n\nCorn Hole\nSack Races\nTug of War\nEgg & Spoon Races\nWater Balloon Toss\n\nParticipants of all ages are encouraged to join in the fun! The winner of each game will receive a FREE Dairy Queen cone coupon.\nThe games are just one part of a full day of activities at Barnesville Memorial Park, including:\n\nFree Swim: Noon–6:00 PM\nFood Vendors throughout the day\nLive Music: Beginning at 3:00 PM\nFireworks at Dusk\n\nCome celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with friends, family, and neighbors as we enjoy a day filled with community spirit, friendly competition, great food, live entertainment, and an unforgettable fireworks display.\nWe look forward to celebrating with you at Barnesville Memorial Park!\n
