Learn about the Village of Barnesville Property Maintenance Code 1381. Properties that are in violation of the code will be given a notice to abate. This notice provides property owners 30-days to correct the violation. After 30-days property owners will be summonsed to appear in Mayor’s Court and may be penalized $100 per day for each day the violation(s) continue after the abatement has expired.
